  • 5 c
    shredded chinese cabbage
  • 16 oz
    pkg. broccoli coleslaw
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c
    seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper and table salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame seeds, optional

How to Make Vanilla/Ginger Cole Slaw


  1. Place cabbage and broccoli slaw in a large bowl and mix to blend. Set aside.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, whisk well to blend. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve..Toss again before serving..Enjoy the crunch..
