Ingredients

  • 5 cups shredded chinese cabbage
  • 16 ounces pkg. broccoli coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper and table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional

How To Make vanilla/ginger cole slaw

  • Step 1
    Place cabbage and broccoli slaw in a large bowl and mix to blend. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, whisk well to blend. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate until ready to serve..Toss again before serving..Enjoy the crunch..
