Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 - lime zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make use your head

Step 1preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease small baking sheet

Step 2trim the base of cauliflower to remove green leaves and woody stem

Step 3in medium bowl, combine yogurt with lime zest and juice, chile powder , cumin, garlic powder curry powder salt and pepper

Step 4dunk cauliflower into bowl and use a brush to smear the marinade evenly over surface

Step 5place cauliflower on baking shet and roast until the surface is dry and browned 30 to 40 min.

Step 6let cauliflower rest for 10 min. before cutting into wedges to serve
