carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
2 Tbsp
minced fresh thyme
2 Tbsp
canola oil
1 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
salt

How to Make THYME ROASTED CARROTS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Divide carrots between two greased baking pans. In a bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey and salt, brush over carrots. Roast 25-30 minutes, or until tender. Makes 8-10 servings.
