Ingredients

  • 3 pounds carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make thyme roasted carrots

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Divide carrots between two greased baking pans. In a bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey and salt, brush over carrots. Roast 25-30 minutes, or until tender. Makes 8-10 servings.
