How to Make Szechuan Cauliflower
- Cut cauliflower into florets, steam and and set aside.
- Chop green chili, scallions & garlic, finely.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add green chili & garlic; fry for a few minutes.
- Add soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, salt & cauliflower. Stir well.
- Off heat, add additional scallions for garnish. Serve.
