Cut cauliflower into florets, steam and and set aside.
Chop green chili, scallions & garlic, finely.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add green chili & garlic; fry for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, salt & cauliflower. Stir well.
Off heat, add additional scallions for garnish. Serve.
