Ingredients
- 1 - cauliflower
- 4 - green chilies
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon szechuan sauce
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 - scallions
- pinch salt

How To Make szechuan cauliflower

Step 1Cut cauliflower into florets, steam and and set aside.

Step 2Chop green chili, scallions & garlic, finely.

Step 3Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4Add green chili & garlic; fry for a few minutes.

Step 5Add soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, salt & cauliflower. Stir well.

Step 6Off heat, add additional scallions for garnish. Serve.
