These green beans are so tasty! I like them so much better than green bean casserole that I serve them at holiday dinners. They are really different!

Ingredients
- 2 cans french-style green beans
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces grated swiss cheese
How To Make swiss green beans

Step 1Heat the beans in a pan; set aside. In another pan, melt the butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Gradually stir in sour cream.

Step 2Cook, stirring, over medium-low heat until thick. Drain beans and add to mixture.

Step 3Turn into a shallow baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Put under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
