How to Make Swiss Green Beans
- 1Heat the beans in a pan; set aside. In another pan, melt the butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Gradually stir in sour cream.
- 2Cook, stirring, over medium-low heat until thick. Drain beans and add to mixture.
- 3Turn into a shallow baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Put under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
