Sweet Corn Pudding

How to Make Sweet Corn Pudding
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients, except the butter, mixing well.
- Pour into baking dish, dot with butter (I usually just drop 5 finger sized pieces of butter around the top), bake 1 hour (start checking after 45 minutes) until it has completely set except a quarter sized hole in the very center that will still be jiggly. Let sit for 15 minutes and than enjoy!
