How to Make Sweet and Sour Vegetables low sugar
1Cut up vegetables.Place vegetables,and 1/4 cup of water in a pan with a lid.Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium and cover. Steam for 3-5 minutes,or until desired tenderness.
2Combine the sugar and corn starch together in a bowl.mix in the soy sauce,pineapple juice,and vinegar until smooth. Put in to the pan you cooked vegetables. Cook and stir until it thickens.
3Strain vegetables. Toss the vegetables with the sauce. Sprinkle sesame oil, green onion and toss.
