Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 3 cups brocolli florets
- 1 - red bell pepper sliced in to thin strips
- 2 - sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make sweet and sour vegetables low sugar

Step 1Cut up vegetables.Place vegetables,and 1/4 cup of water in a pan with a lid.Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium and cover. Steam for 3-5 minutes,or until desired tenderness.

Step 2Combine the sugar and corn starch together in a bowl.mix in the soy sauce,pineapple juice,and vinegar until smooth. Put in to the pan you cooked vegetables. Cook and stir until it thickens.

Step 3Strain vegetables. Toss the vegetables with the sauce. Sprinkle sesame oil, green onion and toss.
