Ingredients
- 2 cans tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion small diced
- 1 medium green pepper finely diced
- 1/8 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups seasoned croutons
How To Make stewed tomatoes

Step 1Chop onions,green pepper,and garlic. Sautee in olive oil until tender.

Step 2Put the onions,green peppers,garlic and tomatoes in a two quart sauce pan and add sugar, simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3Turn off and stir in croutans and serve.
