  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 pound cantimpalo chorizo, diced
  • 1/2 - cabbage head, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

How To Make spicy cabbage with cantimpalo chorizo

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, add olive oil, onions and cantimpalo chorizo...sauté about 5 mins.
  • Step 2
    add in cabbage, chicken broth and red pepper flakes.
  • Step 3
    cover and simmer on low for about 15 mins...or until cabbage softens...stir and serve as a side or a meal.
