    onion, diced
  • 1/4 lb
    cantimpalo chorizo, diced
  • 1/2
    cabbage head, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth

How to Make Spicy Cabbage with Cantimpalo Chorizo


  1. In a large skillet, add olive oil, onions and cantimpalo chorizo...sauté about 5 mins.
  2. add in cabbage, chicken broth and red pepper flakes.
  3. cover and simmer on low for about 15 mins...or until cabbage softens...stir and serve as a side or a meal.
