This recipe was given to me by my granddaughter Alexis. She found it on the internet and tried it. It is delicious and different. It is fast and easy. As you know Cauliflower can be very bland but this recipe really spices it up. It is prepared in the oven in only 45 to 55 minutes hardly no time at all. It has all the Mexican spices we love. I am sure you will like this recipe. Enjoy, Buen Appetito
