  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1 stick melted margarine

How To Make sour cream corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle cornflakes over top and drizzle melted margarine on top of cornflakes. Use a 9 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch baking dish. Bale for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6-8 servings.
