    thinly sliced carrots

    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    dash pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds

How to Make SESAME CARROTS

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir fry carrots in butter and oil over moderate heat until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in orange juice, ginger, salt and pepper. Stir in sesame seeds; toss. Makes 6-8 servings.
