  • 4 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

How To Make sesame carrots

  • Step 1
    Stir fry carrots in butter and oil over moderate heat until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in orange juice, ginger, salt and pepper. Stir in sesame seeds; toss. Makes 6-8 servings.
