Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 medium zucchini or yellow squash cut into 2 inch chunks
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
How To Make sauteed zucchini with feta and oregano

Step 1Heat oil in pan over med-high heat. Add zucchini and oregano. Stir occasionally until crisp-tender (4-6 minutes).

Step 2Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.

Step 3Transfer to plates and sprinkle with cheese.
