How to Make Sautéed Snap Peas


  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil
  2. Add peas and keep water at a boil
  3. Cook until peas turn emerald green (about 4 minutes), it is important that the peas are cooked yet still firm.
  4. Remove from heat and strain.
  5. Heat a frying pan to medium heat
  6. Combine ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in pan
  7. Add peas and allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately!
