1 tspminced garlic

How to Make Sautéed Snap Peas
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Add peas and keep water at a boil
- Cook until peas turn emerald green (about 4 minutes), it is important that the peas are cooked yet still firm.
- Remove from heat and strain.
- Heat a frying pan to medium heat
- Combine ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in pan
- Add peas and allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve immediately!
