minced garlic
1 tsp
minced ginger
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 c
sugar snap peas

How to Make Sautéed Snap Peas


  • 1Bring a pot of water to a boil
  • 2Add peas and keep water at a boil
  • 3Cook until peas turn emerald green (about 4 minutes), it is important that the peas are cooked yet still firm.
  • 4Remove from heat and strain.
  • 5Heat a frying pan to medium heat
  • 6Combine ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in pan
  • 7Add peas and allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes.
  • 8Serve immediately!
