1Bring a pot of water to a boil
2Add peas and keep water at a boil
3Cook until peas turn emerald green (about 4 minutes), it is important that the peas are cooked yet still firm.
4Remove from heat and strain.
5Heat a frying pan to medium heat
6Combine ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in pan
7Add peas and allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes.
