Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Dash - pink salt (to taste)
- Dash - pepper (to taste)
- Handful - oregano, fresh, no stems.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Handful - mint, fresh
How To Make sautéed asparagus
-
Step 1Prepare the asparagus by nipping off the bottom, or breaking the stem in half near the bottom.
-
Step 2Add oil to pan. Heat on medium-high. Be sure not to get the oil too hot, as it burns easily. Add the Asparagus, turmeric, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to pan.
-
Step 3Cook until outer part of the asparagus is tender, and the inner part still crispy. Serve with a mint leaf on top.
