How to Make Sautéed Asparagus
- Prepare the asparagus by nipping off the bottom, or breaking the stem in half near the bottom.
- Add oil to pan. Heat on medium-high. Be sure not to get the oil too hot, as it burns easily. Add the Asparagus, turmeric, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to pan.
- Cook until outer part of the asparagus is tender, and the inner part still crispy. Serve with a mint leaf on top.
