How to Make Sautéed Asparagus
1Prepare the asparagus by nipping off the bottom, or breaking the stem in half near the bottom.
2Add oil to pan. Heat on medium-high. Be sure not to get the oil too hot, as it burns easily. Add the Asparagus, turmeric, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to pan.
3Cook until outer part of the asparagus is tender, and the inner part still crispy. Serve with a mint leaf on top.
