Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 bunch
asparagus
1/4 tsp
turmeric
Dash
pink salt (to taste)
Dash
pepper (to taste)
Handful
oregano, fresh, no stems.
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
olive oil
Handful
mint, fresh

How to Make Sautéed Asparagus

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare the asparagus by nipping off the bottom, or breaking the stem in half near the bottom.
  • 2Add oil to pan. Heat on medium-high. Be sure not to get the oil too hot, as it burns easily. Add the Asparagus, turmeric, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to pan.
  • 3Cook until outer part of the asparagus is tender, and the inner part still crispy. Serve with a mint leaf on top.
