my husband kept bugging me to try cabbage and i finally made a recipe with cabbage and i like it very good

Ingredients
- 1/2 large green cabbage
- 1/2 large red cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 1 stick butter
- 2 1/2 cups water
How To Make sausage and cabbage

Step 1cut up your onion,and garlic, cut your cabbages in half then put the 2 halves away and the other to peel the leafs off and make them as big as you want.

Step 2get a pot on the stove and put the 2 1/2 cups water in the pot with butter and put all ingredients in pot.cook about 20 minutes until slightly tender.and its done.

Step 3meanwhile cook your sausage..in a skillet til its no longer pink in the middle..and break it up small ...then put it in with the cabbage....stir and serve.
