Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    daikon radish, cut into 1/2' pieces
  • 3
    thai chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    granulated onion
  • 1/8 tsp
    true lemon
  • ·
    chopped parsley & green onion for garnish

How to Make Roasted Curry Daikon Radish

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Let stand for at least 15 minutes. Arrange radish pieces in a single layer on a cookie on a sheet; bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Flip once during baking time. Garnish with parsley & green onion.

    **adjust seasoning to taste**
