I wanted to try a new corn recipe. My husband & I loved this recipe because it's delicious & new.

Ingredients

  • 1 package corn on the cob
  • 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make roasted corn

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick foil. Prepare corn by cleaning the sill & breaking in half.
  • Step 2
    Place corn onto prepared baking sheet & season with butter, black pepper, & parmesan.
  • Step 3
    Roast for 10 minutes. Serve
