Ingredients
- 1 - head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. On prepared pan, , gently toss together cauliflower, oil, salt, lemon zest and pepper until combined. Bake 20 minutes, stir in almonds and lemon juice. Bake 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
