  • 2 bunches asparagus, about a pound each
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

How To Make roasted asparagus

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. TRIM ENDS BY AN INCH N RINSE ASPARAGUS N PLACE ON BAKN SHEET.
  • Step 2
    DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE ON S n P. TOSS TO GET ALL ASPARAGUS COATED N BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES TURNN ONCE HALFWAY THRU COOKN TIME.
  • Step 3
    REMOVE FROM OVEN N SPRINKLE ON LEMON ZEST ....ENJOY
