How to Make Refrigerator Salad in Mason Jar

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash all fruits and veggies in white vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.
  2. Peel all skin from any non organic fruit or vegetable.
  3. Dice, slice and remove seeds from various fruit and veggie combos.
  4. Add all in Mason jar. Order doesn't matter. I added Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and then a little seasoning, veggie, fruit and shake.
  5. When ready to serve you can shake contents of jar. Add other seasonings or toppings. I just squeeze the lemon and when I have it some EVOO.
