- 1/2 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 3 medium scallions, or green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make radish and cucumber salsa

Step 1Slice each radish in half and then thinly slice each half info half moons. In a medium bowl, combine radishes, cucumber, red pepper, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, and oil; seaston to taste with salt and pepper.
