Ingredients

  • 5 medium red radishes
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 3 medium scallions, or green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make radish and cucumber salsa

  • Step 1
    Slice each radish in half and then thinly slice each half info half moons. In a medium bowl, combine radishes, cucumber, red pepper, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, and oil; seaston to taste with salt and pepper.
