tomato, seeded and diced

mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 bunch
basil, shredded
1 tsp
1 tsp
2 Tbsp

How to Make Polenta Caprese


  • 1Bring to a boil, water with salt, pepper, butter and corn meal.
  • 2simmer about 15 minutes , stirring often.
  • 3add in the tomatoes, basil & cheese, stir till all incorporated.
  • 4pour into a cookie sheet and smooth out...let cool, till harden...about 30 min in fridge.
