Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups fresh corn
  • - coarse sal; and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 - green onion, chopped for garnish

How To Make parmesan and bacon creamed corn

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and add corn. Season well with salt and pepper and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Add the cream and cook 3-4 more minutes stirring often. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in parmesan. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and garnish with green onions and serve. Makes 4 servings.
