  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 c
    fresh corn
  • ·
    coarse sal; and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 3/4 c
    finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1
    green onion, chopped for garnish

How to Make PARMESAN AND BACON CREAMED CORN

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and add corn. Season well with salt and pepper and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Add the cream and cook 3-4 more minutes stirring often. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in parmesan. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and garnish with green onions and serve. Makes 4 servings.
