Love rutabagas And Il tell Ya there are alot of different ways You can make these! Silly looking things, so good for You! I think rutabaga is the next cauliflower!

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    rutabaga peeled and cut in fries
  • ·
    olive oil
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    dried oregano
  • ·
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh chopped thyme or better yet everything bagel seasoning

How to Make Roasted Seasoned Rutabaga Fries "Keto fries"

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and slice rutabaga, rinse and pat dry.
    Place on baking pan and drizzle with olive oil, seasoned salt oregano and pepper. massage herbs into veggie, lay flat on baking sheet.

    Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-30 min. turning half way through and drizzle with few more drop of olive oil, Til nicely browned.
    Place on platter sprinkle with fresh thyme and drizzle with vinegar (optional)
