Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turnip roots-trimmed, peeled & chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley & fresh mint-choppedi
  • 1 tablespoon feiny's veggie rub
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
  • - sea salt to taste

How To Make oven roasted turnip roots

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Toss chopped turnip roots with remaining ingredients in a mixing with remaining ingredients. Coat evenly. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes turning once. Turnips are done when they are tender and golden brown. **adjust seasoning to taste**
