Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    turnip roots-trimmed, peeled & chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp
    flat leaf parsley & fresh mint-choppedi
  • 1 Tbsp
    feiny's veggie rub
  • 2 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    granulated onion
  • ·
    sea salt to taste

How to Make Oven Roasted Turnip Roots

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Toss chopped turnip roots with remaining ingredients in a mixing with remaining ingredients. Coat evenly. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes turning once. Turnips are done when they are tender and golden brown.
