- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley & fresh mint-choppedi
- 1 tablespoon feiny's veggie rub
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
- - sea salt to taste
How To Make oven roasted turnip roots

Step 1Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Toss chopped turnip roots with remaining ingredients in a mixing with remaining ingredients. Coat evenly. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes turning once. Turnips are done when they are tender and golden brown. **adjust seasoning to taste**
