Ingredients
- 4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/4"-thick slices
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut up
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make orange-herb sweet potatoes w/ bacon

Step 1Place sweet potatoes in a slow-cooker. In a bowl, stir together orange juice, brown sugar, salt, sage and thyme.

Step 2Pour mix over potatoes. Toss to coat. Dot w/ butter. Cover, cook on high 2-1/2-3 hrs. Stir. Sprinkle w/ butter
