  • 1/2 can(s)
    coconut milk (i think it was 11 oz can)
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1/2 large
    lime zestd n juicd
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powdr
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powdr
  • 1 tsp
    curry powdr
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    blk pepper

How to Make MARINATED ZESTY CAULIFLOWER FLORETS

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 PLACE CAULIFLOWER FLORETS INTO A GALLON SIZE ZIPLOCK BAG N LIGHTLY GREASE A SMALL RIMMD BAKN SHEET W/ COCONUT OIL....SET ASIDE BOTH
  2. IN A MED SIZD BOWL COMBINE COCONUT MILK, LIME JUICE N ZEST, CHILI POWDR, CUMIN, GARLIC POWDR, CURRY POWDR, S n P.
  3. POUR MARINADE OVER CAULIFLOWER IN ZIPLOCK BAG....ZIP IT N SET IN FRIDGE FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR....MORE TIME = MORE FLAVA ......FLIP BAG DURING MARINATING TIME SO ALL FLORETS GET SOME LOVE :)
  4. PLACE FLORETS ON OILD BAKN SHEET....DISCARD MARINADE N BAKE FOR 30-35 MINUTES....ENJOY :)
