Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 medium red or green pepper, chopped
- 3 cups frozen lima beans
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
How To Make lima bean casserole

Step 1Saute the onion and pepper in the butter or olive oil just until tender. Mix well with the beans and soup.

Step 2Pour mixture into a 2 to 3-quart baking dish. Top with the bread crumbs and grated cheese.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
