Ingredients

  • 10-12 - carrots, cut into julienne strips
  • 2 - green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • - sprunkle of nutmeg

How To Make julienned carrots

  • Step 1
    Steam carrots until tender crisp. Melt butter. Add carrots, onions and walnuts and sizzle for a few minutes. Dust with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Makes 6-8 servings.
