Ingredients

  • 10-12
    carrots, cut into julienne strips
  • 2
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • ·
    sprunkle of nutmeg

How to Make JULIENNED CARROTS

Step-by-Step

  1. Steam carrots until tender crisp. Melt butter. Add carrots, onions and walnuts and sizzle for a few minutes. Dust with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Makes 6-8 servings.
