Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups lima beans, soaked overnight
- 6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry nustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup catsup
How To Make honeyed lima beans with bacon

Step 1Drain lima beans. Cover with boiling water and cook until tender. In a fry pan brown the bacon and onion. Pour cooked beans in a casserole. Add bacon and onion, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and catsup. Bake in a 400 degrees oven for 60 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
