This recipe is my favorite because when I was having my child I was always craving for this great plate. I hope you like it as well as I do.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds green bananas
- 2 pounds chicken gizzards
- 2 large spanish onions
- 1 - head of garlic
- 1/2 pound black olives
- 1/2 cup olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
- - salt (to taste)
- - pepper (to taste)
How To Make guineos en escabeche

Step 1Boil the bananas in salt water until cooked, About 20 minutes.

Step 2Boil the chicken gizzards in salt water

Step 3Add 1 chicken boullion,onion powder,and garlic powder (1 spoon of each)until chicken is very tender about 2 hours.

Step 4Drain the chicken gizzards an cut into small pieces.

Step 5Cut onions into thin slices.

Step 6Take garlic and puree in food chopped.

Step 7Add oil and vinegar salad dressing.

Step 8Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 9Cut bananas into 1/2 inch pieces (straight circles).

Step 10Add bananas,chicken gizzards,garlic,olive,onions and olive oil,mix well.

Step 11Place in oven 25 or 30 minutes at 300F.

Step 12Remove and serve warm,this dish can be served with rice and beans,meat or by itself or salads.
