grillin' beans stuffed peppers
This is a recipe I pinched from a magazine ad for Bush's beans. I omitted the cilantro because I can't stand the stuff. You may add 1/2 cup if you like. I love stuffed peppers, with or without meat, and I love the addition of the beans. Enjoy! Photo: Recipemath.com 09-18-14

Step 3Arrange peppers in a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
