This is a recipe I pinched from a magazine ad for Bush's beans. I omitted the cilantro because I can't stand the stuff. You may add 1/2 cup if you like. I love stuffed peppers, with or without meat, and I love the addition of the beans. Enjoy!

  3. Arrange peppers in a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in a preheated 400º oven until peppers are tender, about 40 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Serve.
