Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccoli, fresh, cut into large spears
- 6 large white mushrooms, halved
- 2 - lemons, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin, plus more for extra drizzle
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons kosher salt (or sea salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper, fresh ground
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, more or less to taste
How To Make grilled broccoli & mushrooms with lemons

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large ziplock bag (or bowl with secure lid)

Step 2Gently toss, turning bag to coat all pieces well

Step 3Place directly on grill, or you can use a veggie grilling pan with holes so no pieces fall through.

Step 4Grill until just cooked to crisp-tender, but not charred. About 20-30 minutes when set off center of heat.

Step 5Place in serving bowl and squeeze 2-4 of the lemon slices over the broccoli & mushrooms, then drizzle with a bit more olive oil. Toss & serve.
