I just love fresh green beans and this is one of my favorite ways to serve them!

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, strings removed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - salt to taste
How To Make green beans almondine

Step 1Boil green beans for 10 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

Step 2melt butter in small skillet. Add almonds and saute for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3Add green beans, lemon juice and salt to taste. Toss gently and serve.
