Ingredients

  • 10 large
    organic carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 2-3
    cinnamon sticks
  • 3 clove
    garlic, sliced thin
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Glazed Carrots by iMakeitRain

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425.
  2. Place your sliced carrots into a heavy baking dish
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar, garlic, cinnamon sticks, salt, pepper and then drizzle the olive oil. Mix well
  4. Cut up the butter and place all around the carrots.
  5. Throw these bad boys into the hot oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Stir around and cook for the remaining 15-20 minutes until nice and tender.
