10 largeorganic carrots, peeled and sliced
1/4 cdark brown sugar
3 clovegarlic, sliced thin
·salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbspunsalted butter
1-2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How to Make Glazed Carrots by iMakeitRain
- Pre-heat oven to 425.
- Place your sliced carrots into a heavy baking dish
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, garlic, cinnamon sticks, salt, pepper and then drizzle the olive oil. Mix well
- Cut up the butter and place all around the carrots.
- Throw these bad boys into the hot oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Stir around and cook for the remaining 15-20 minutes until nice and tender.
