My kids love these. They are so yummy! If you love mushrooms and swiss you'll love his awesome side dish. Or stick mushrooms with toothpicks and serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 32 - button mushrooms, stems trimmed back (not removed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- - salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
How To Make garlic-swiss mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2Arrange mushrooms stem side up in a glass baking dish.

Step 3Meanwhile, blend together softened butter, white wine, parsley, garlic together.

Step 4spoon a bit of the butter mixture over each mushroom. Sprinkle each mushroom with bread crumbs.

Step 5Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven; top each mushroom with a pinch of grated Swiss cheese. Return to oven and bake another 3-5 minutes or just until cheese melts.
