Ingredients
- 5 medium yellow squash
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oil
How To Make fried yellow squash

Step 1Slice squash into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 2Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3Beat egg in a bowl.

Step 4Place flour in a shallow dish.

Step 5Dip squash pieces in the egg then in the flour to coat.

Step 6Place in the oil. Cook turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.

Step 7Drain on paper towel lined plate.

Step 8If you run out of egg or flour just add more.
