Ingredients

1 pkg
24 oz cottage cheese
2 c
cooked pasta (any variety)
1 c
cherry tomatoes halved
1 1/2 c
shredded carrots
1 1/2 can(s)
brocolli florets broken up a bit
2 stalk(s)
green onion chopped
1 1/2 c
shredded cheese
1 c
ranch dressing ( i use spicy ranch)

How to Make Farmers Market Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1mix cottage cheese and ranch dressing in bowl and set aside
  • 2Cook 2 cups of your choice of Pasta in salted water, drain and rinse and put into large mixing bowl
  • 3add all the vegies and shredded cheese and toss lightly
  • 4add the cottage cheese mixture and carefully mix together with the pasta vegies and serve
