Ingredients

  • 1 package 24 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (any variety)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 cans brocolli florets broken up a bit
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing ( i use spicy ranch)

How To Make farmers market salad

  • Step 1
    mix cottage cheese and ranch dressing in bowl and set aside
  • Step 2
    Cook 2 cups of your choice of Pasta in salted water, drain and rinse and put into large mixing bowl
  • Step 3
    add all the vegies and shredded cheese and toss lightly
  • Step 4
    add the cottage cheese mixture and carefully mix together with the pasta vegies and serve
