Ingredients
- 1 package 24 oz cottage cheese
- 2 cups cooked pasta (any variety)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cans brocolli florets broken up a bit
- 2 stalks green onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing ( i use spicy ranch)
How To Make farmers market salad

Step 1mix cottage cheese and ranch dressing in bowl and set aside

Step 2Cook 2 cups of your choice of Pasta in salted water, drain and rinse and put into large mixing bowl

Step 3add all the vegies and shredded cheese and toss lightly

Step 4add the cottage cheese mixture and carefully mix together with the pasta vegies and serve
