Ingredients
- 1 - 12 ounces bags, frozen corn- thawed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoon bacon grease- optional
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour somewhat heaping
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 - green onions, sliced
How To Make family favorite creamed corn

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat - combine the corn, sugar, salt, pepper, butter, bacon grease and cream.

Step 2Whisk together the milk and flour and stir into the corn mixture. Continue cooking until the mixture is thickened and corn is cooked through.

Step 3Remove from the burner and stir in the Parmesan cheese and green onion. Serve immediately.
