I added a new twist to an old family favorite in this recipe, I added sweet Red Peppers, and chopped red onions & heavy whipping cream. Not only did it add lots of color and extra crunch, it tasted good too.

My husband especially loved this dish which also makes me happy. I also decided to trim away the outer peel in every other strip to make the cucumbers more eye appealing.

So happy I decided to add a new twist to an old Family favorite, now I have 2 slightly different recipes for one great tasting side dish. Try it and see if you don't like it too.
