  • 3 medium
    cucumbers or 6 mini cucumbers
  • 1 pkg
    grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium
    red onion, finely diced
  • 6 sprig(s)
    fresh dill
  • 1 c
    zesty italian salad dressing
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Quarter or halve the cucumbers depending on size used. then slice into 1/4" pieces
  2. Place cucumbers in a bowl and add tomatoes, onion, and dill
  3. Toss the cucumbers mixture with the Italian dressing until evenly coated with dressing.
  4. Salt & pepper to taste
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. The longer the better!
