When I moved to WV, I found this recipe in a local church cookbook. It is fantastic, great for potlucks too.

Ingredients
- 15 ounces can whole kernel corn
- 15 ounces can cream style corn
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 8 ounces velvetta, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make crock pot macaroni & corn casserole

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a 4 quart crock pot and stir to combine. Turn the crock pot on high and cook for 45 minutes, stir the mixture, cover and cook on high for 30 more minutes. Stir well, then reduce the temp. to low and cook for 1 1/2 hours, or until macaroni is tender.
