- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make crispy baked asparagus fries

Step 1Dredge asparagus in the flour, dip in egg and then into the mixture of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Place asparagus in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 425 degrees oven until golden brown about 7-13 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
