Add to Grocery List

  • 6 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots or i julienne mine
  • 1/2 c
    each - chopped, celery - red onion and green pepper
  • 1 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp
    each - dijon & yellow mustard
  • salt
    & pepper to taste

How to Make Colorful ~ Tasty ~ Coleslaw


  1. In a large bowl, add all veggies and toss.
  2. In a med bowl, whisk all dressing ingredient until well blended.
  3. Pour over veggies and toss to coat.

    Chill for at least 3 hours. I sprinkle with some paprika before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
