One of my families favorite slaws ~ Quite appealing to the eye as well... Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots or i julienne mine
- 1/2 cup each - chopped, celery - red onion and green pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon each - dijon & yellow mustard
- salt - & pepper to taste
How To Make colorful ~ tasty ~ coleslaw

Step 1In a large bowl, add all veggies and toss.

Step 2In a med bowl, whisk all dressing ingredient until well blended.

Step 3Pour over veggies and toss to coat. Chill for at least 3 hours. I sprinkle with some paprika before serving.
