- 1 bag collard greens, defrosted
- 1/2 pound cooking ham or smoked turkey ham
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 3 - garlic cloves, diced
- 1 - tomato chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- - splash of white wine
- 1 small potato , diced small
How To Make collard greens goulash

Step 1In a large skillet, on medium sauté in olive oil the ham, onions, garlic, and tomato about 5-7 mins.

Step 2add in the collard greens, tomato sauce, potatoes, salt pepper and wine...cover and simmer on low another 15 mins or until potatoes are tender but not mushy...
