Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 10 oz pkg refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup pasta sauce, for dipping
How To Make cheesy spinach stromboli

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Lightly spray a cookie sheet w/ olive oil cooking spray. In skillet, over med-high heat, saute garlic and spinach in oil for 5 mins.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, oregano and salt. Add spinach mix, mix well. Unroll dough onto floured surface into a long rectangle.

Step 3Cut rectangle in 1/2 to make 2 rectangles. Spread spinach mix evenly onto both rectangles. Fold each piece of dough over, pinch edges to seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins, or until golden. Serve w/ pasta sauce.
