I HAVE BEEN MAKN THIS EASY THROW TOGETHER CHEESY/CORN DISH FOR 30 YEARS NOW....ALWAYS A HIT :)

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamd corn, 15 oz
  • 1 can kernel corn, draind. 15oz
  • 1 package corn muffins, i used jiffy
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, meltd
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredd

How To Make cheesy corn casserole

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT TO 350. IN A LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER BOTH CANS OF CORN, CORN MUFFIN MIX, SOUR CREAM, MELTD BUTTER, N 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE.
  • Step 2
    POUR MIXTURE INTO A SPRAYD BAK DISH... I USED 11x7 N BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTL BROWND?
  • Step 3
    AFTER 45 MINUTES SPRINKLE REMAINN 1 CUP OF SHREDD CHEDDAR ON TOP N BAKE FOR 5 MORE MINUTES....REMOVE FROM OVEN LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES N.... ENJOY :)
