- 1 can kernel corn, draind. 15oz
- 1 package corn muffins, i used jiffy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, meltd
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredd

Step 1PREHEAT TO 350. IN A LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER BOTH CANS OF CORN, CORN MUFFIN MIX, SOUR CREAM, MELTD BUTTER, N 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE.

Step 2POUR MIXTURE INTO A SPRAYD BAK DISH... I USED 11x7 N BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTL BROWND?

Step 3AFTER 45 MINUTES SPRINKLE REMAINN 1 CUP OF SHREDD CHEDDAR ON TOP N BAKE FOR 5 MORE MINUTES....REMOVE FROM OVEN LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES N.... ENJOY :)
