Ingredients

  • 1 - head of cauliflower steamed or boiled until tender. cut in bite size pieces
  • 6 - hard boiled eggs: peel eggs, rinse and dice into small pieces.
  • 1/3 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise (dont use light it has more carbs)
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish, or finely diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • - salt & pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients and chill over night.
