    hard boiled eggs: peel eggs, rinse and dice into small pieces.
  • 1/3 c
    miracle whip or mayonnaise (dont use light it has more carbs)
  • 3 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    dill pickle relish, or finely diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion

    salt & pepper to taste
