Ingredients
- 1 - head of cauliflower steamed or boiled until tender. cut in bite size pieces
- 6 - hard boiled eggs: peel eggs, rinse and dice into small pieces.
- 1/3 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise (dont use light it has more carbs)
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish, or finely diced dill pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- - salt & pepper to taste
