cauliflower mash
This recipe is so simple to make and absolutely delish. I have to credit my sister, who is in recovery for breast cancer and has made me as health conscious as she is. I use organic cauliflower and organic butter. Great healthy alternate to mash potatoes and loaded with nutrition .

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower (organic preferably) stems removed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsely (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons butter (organic preferably)
How To Make cauliflower mash

Step 1In medium size pot on high heat, bring 6 cups of water to boil.

Step 2Place cauliflower in a colander on top of pot. Place lid on top of cauliflower to contain the heat. Steam cauliflower until soft. Approximately 10-15 minutes.

Step 3Place cauliflower in blender or food processor. Add milk, salt and pepper and puree until smooth. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with parsley!
